The service is provided "as is". CyberHorizon Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CyberHorizon Ltd be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the PDF Compressor service.

5. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We enforce a strict file size limit to maintain stability for all users.
